Pom pom dahlias are small and popular. Dot Com Dahlias are a solid purple color and a vigorous plant. They produce multiple blooms about an inch in size. They work well for cut flowers and are a fun accent to the bigger blooms. We are impressed at the plants ability to pump out more and more blooms. Each one is tiny and perfect in our opinion. The tubers in fall are small and darling, but so densely packed together we sometimes struggle to even get it divided in half and lose some tubers to sacrifice. We probably wouldn’t leave this one in the ground for two years as it is challenging enough to divide as a 1 year plant.

We fell in love with the miniature poms when at a family members house. Fascinates with the small perfect blooms, our first pom was Kasasagi. Dot Com and Crossfield Ebony were next, however bought at an end of the season sale, they didn’t have enough time to truly perform in the garden until planting this year. Dot Com got on the bloom early and went all season long. The plant thrived even in a place other varieties were not as impressed with and tuber production was not an issue.
