All American Parsnip seed

Description

Parsnips are a mild root vegetable that can over winter in the ground in mild climates. The roots are similar to carrots but have a mild flavor. They are popular mashed or as roasted.

Many factors go into growing seeds so be careful you keep them moist but not wet. We can’t control your growing conditions once seed leaves our farm.

Grow in full sun.

Sow seeds when soil is 70 degrees for proper germination.

Packets include 1/4 tsp of seed which is 30 or more seeds.
