Description

Pop Beets and their greens are considered a super food. This cultivar make uniform 6-8 inch long roots that work well for canning. The uniform 1.5-2 inch shape slices nicely into like sized rings. Holds texture if harvest is delayed and can be sown spring and summer for multiple harvests. These even tolerate mild frosts. The flesh is a deep red and is tasty roasted as well. 60 days to maturity.

Many factors go into growing seeds so be careful you keep them moist but not wet. We can’t control your growing conditions once seed leaves our farm.
